Summer Camps

+ When can I register for summer camps?

Registration will open for summer camps in the middle of January. Please contact your location after Jan. 15th to enroll.

+ Where can I view the schedule for summer camps?

Each location has its own unique schedule. Please click Schedule/Calendar at the top of the page, and select the schedule for your preferred location.

+ What is Gymkhana’s payment policy?

Payments can be made in person or over the phone using VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER. You may also mail a check (made out to Gymkhana) to your location’s mailing address (found on our website).

In addition to the camp fee, there is a $35 Family Registration Fee that is due once per year, per family, and must be current.

+ What ages are allowed?

At this time, we are limiting enrollment to children between the ages of 3-12 years for most programs.

+ Does my child need to be a Gymkhana student in order to attend summer camp?

No, our summer camps are open to everyone!

+ Is there a possibility that camp will be canceled?

If any camp receives insufficient enrollment, that camp will be canceled, and all families will be notified promptly. Of course, we hope this will never be the case!

+ How many children are in each camp and/or group?

Our current groupings are up to 8 children with one teacher, and varies by age and program.

+ What should my child wear to camp?

Each camper should wear tennis shoes that they can put on and take off independently. Clothing should be a leotard or gym clothes (no buttons, belts, nor zippers; no bare midriffs). Long hair should be tied back. Jewelry should be left at home.

+ What should my child bring to camp?

Each camper should bring a water bottle (minimum 20 oz.), a snack (one for morning, and one for afternoon) without nuts, and a lunch (if they are staying all day).

+ Will Gymkhana provide/serve snacks to the campers?

All campers will have snack time (once in the morning, and once in the afternoon). Gymkhana will not be providing any snacks at camp. Each camper must bring his/her own snack.

+ Will Gymkhana be offering class programs as well as camps?

Yes! We are now offering classes for many levels. Please check your location's page or call for more info.

+ Can I submit Gymkhana Camp for tax or employer reimbursement purposes?

Yes, you can. Our Federal Tax ID Number is 25-1401765.
